ACCESS is a dedicated community-based initiative committed to providing primary healthcare services in underserved low-income, urban communities. Our mission centers around ensuring accessibility to essential support and healthcare for the underserved.
Our Impact
Since our launch in January 2024, Access Foundation has directly impacted over 100 urban slum residents in Lagos, providing essential healthcare services that address immediate concerns and contribute to community well-being. Looking ahead, our commitment extends further as we aspire to directly impact 1000 lives in urban slums by the end of 2024. This comprehensive initiative includes primary care, chronic disease management, and eye care services, reflecting our dedication to a holistic approach to community health. Optical (Eye) Health
Ensuring clear vision and optimal eye health, we provide comprehensive screening and specialized care. In collaboration with our sponsors, we are proud to offer prescription glasses at a cost of NGN3,500 ($2) to individuals in need, promoting accessibility to essential eyewear services for all.
Laboratory & Pharmacy
At the core of our commitment to comprehensive healthcare, our Laboratory & Pharmacy services provide timely and accurate diagnostic support alongside accessible pharmaceutical care. We prioritize your well-being by ensuring the availability of essential medications, diagnostic tests, and expert guidance.
Hypertension Management
Taking proactive steps towards long-term heart health and overall well-being, our hypertension management services focus on education, lifestyle changes, and ongoing support. By empowering individuals to be vigilant about their cardiovascular health, we strive to build a community that thrives with healthy hearts and resilient lives.
Physical Therapy
